CAN I COLLECT?

Yes, please do! We are based in Sydenham SE26. Please get in touch for collection times.

If collection is requested and your balloons aren't collected within the specified time range, we are unable to provide a refund. Balloons are perishable and personalised and therefore we aren't able to re-use them.

Please consider the size of your car when collecting.

Balloon stacks are for collection only. Please also note that once collected, balloons become your responsibility so please handle with care. Any replacements will be chargeable.

CAN I CANCEL?

Cancellations will only receive a refund if we receive notice a minimum of five days before the agreed collection date. A fee of £20.00 will be charged if we have already ordered in stock for your order and it is then cancelled.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We will always do our best to accommodate any changes, but changes sent less than five before the agreed collection date are not guaranteed.

WHAT IF MY BALLOON ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Although we work to the highest of standards and always ensure your balloon is perfect on departure, balloons are considered perishable and may be damaged in transit. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your balloon, you must get in touch with us on the day of delivery or collection with photographs of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We cannot give refunds or discounts if we don't hear from you on the day of your balloons collection or delivery. Ribbons can sometimes become tangled but can easily be separated once out the box. We are unable to provide refunds for tangled ribbons.

WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME ON DELIVERY?

We will always try to add the recipients telephone number or email address in order for them to receive delivery notifications. However, this is not always possible so we ask that you let them know they'll be receiving a delivery too.

Please note, we are not liable for the recipient not being able to take delivery.

ARE BALLOONS BIODEGRADEABLE?

It's a common misconception that latex balloons are made from plastic. Latex balloons are a plant based product made from 100% natural rubber. They are 100% biodegradable and decompose at about the same rate as an oak leaf. Balloons can fill a room but they are mostly air. Once popped, thousands of latex balloons won't even fill one bin bag and as they are biodegradable, they make a great and eco-friendly way to decorate!

Foil balloons are made from man made materials with an aluminium coating. They are recyclable but not biodegradable although there are many ways to extend their usefulness for years to come by re-using them.Try re-inflating them, using them for gift wrapping, use as packing material when mailing boxes, use for kids crafts or try using them as tissue paper for gifts.

BALLOON CARE:

To keep your balloons looking good for as long as possible, please take note of the following tips:

  • Please don't open your balloon box with scissors or anything sharp to avoid popping it.

  • Your balloon will not like extreme weather or temperatures. When helium filled balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and re-inflate again when warm. Please don't leave them in a hot car - helium expands in the heat and this could cause your balloon to pop!

  • Balloons are not a toy! Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with young unsupervised children.

  • Most balloons are made of natural rubber latex and may cause allergies.

  • Lights, ceilings and irregular surfaces can all pop balloons.

  • If you follow the guidelines, your bubble and orb balloon should float for 4 - 7 days. The writing may bubble or wrinkle  slightly after 48 hours as the balloon slowly reduces its size. This is part of the balloons natural ageing process and cannot be avoided.
