DELIVERY

Please allow at least five working days between the order date and your delivery date. Should you require your balloons sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to current circumstances, courier companies are experiencing a high number of deliveries and cannot guarantee next day or nominated day deliveries. Our courier may experience delays that are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible if your balloon does not arrive on time. We recommend you choose a delivery date ahead of your required date, just in case. Alternatively, if you are local to us in SE26, you are most welcome to collect!

Due to delivery services and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer delivery on a Sunday or a Monday. Saturday delivery may be possible at an additional cost. We cannot ship to: The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey.
